The Poole’s Rock Group supports a range of sustainable environmental practices ranging from the planting of native wood lots; the composting of winery must for use in the vineyard; 100% reuse of winery water; the collection and reticulation of rainwater; and the recycling of all winery glass, plastic and cardboard. Green waste from ROCK Restaurant is also recycled.
