HOW WE COLLECT AND USE YOUR INFORMATION
When you ask to receive updates/special offers from us, we require contact information such as your name, postal address and/or email address. These details will only be used by Poole’s Rock Wines for the purposes of sending the information you have requested.
You may unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by sending an email to cellardoor@poolesrock.com.au with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.
When you use our order form we ask for details, such as name, delivery address, phone number and the necessary financial information to complete the transaction, like credit card numbers and expiry dates. These details are used to process your order and to allow us to contact you if we have any difficulties completing your delivery.
Again, when you provide your name and other details for the purposes of ordering wine, your information will be treated as confidential and kept solely for our use.
We do not currently collect information about the way you use our website, but may in future collect records of time of visits and log information about pages accessed, length of stay and documents downloaded in order to improve our products and services.
If we make any changes to the way we collect information on our website, we will post these changes immediately in this privacy policy.
Poole’s’ Rock Wines will not use or disclose any information about you without your consent unless legally required to do so or when we need it to; implement terms of service, fulfil a service you have requested, or to protect the rights or property of Poole’s Rock Wines.
