In 2002, Poole’s Rock Wines launched the Firestick brand, its first new brand in nearly ten years. Firestick is inspired by one of nature’s most dynamic night-time performances, the animated dance of lightning strikes or ‘sticks of fire’ across the vast Australian landscape created when two opposing storm fronts clash.
Firestick is our entry level range and adheres to our unstinting company philosophy to showcase premium wines from Australia’s finest wine regions. The brand comprises of wines which are made for immediate drinking, or short-term cellaring including; a Sparkling Brut, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Rosé, Shiraz and Cabernet Merlot.
