POOLE'S ROCK ESTATE GROWN SEMILLON

This quintessential Hunter Valley trophy-winning semillon is made from handpicked grapes from mature estate grown vines – rated 5 Stars and ‘Best of the Best’ Semillon in the 2010 Penguin Good Australian Wine Guide.

Winemaker Usher Tinkler has a natural affinity to creating captivating semillons - wines that exhibit classic lemon, lime citrus notes layered over hints of straw and buttered toast leading to a restrained persistent tropical palate and crisp mineral finish. A classic of its time and place.

POOLE’S ROCK ESTATE GROWN SHIRAZ

Shiraz is the undisputed flagship red variety of the Hunter Valley.

Poole's Rock Shiraz is created from some of the region's oldest vines from the historic Post Office Vineyard adjacent to the winery in the heart of Pokolbin.

This exceptional vine maturity typically produces an intense wine with penetrating plum and mulberry flavours with mellowing silky tannins. Savour with seared lamb or venison, or add to your cellar collection.
